Command Center

View and manage your Fleet Commanders and their skill trees. Click on a commander to view their skill trees and select which ones are on duty.
You can enable one skill from a group of selectable (indicated by a red border) skills by double-clicking on it.

Commander assignments and skill selections are synced with the game by default. Changes made here override the synced state and are used by the calculators instead. Overrides are marked with a icon.
